We reserve the right to make minor schedule adjustments or changes to course materials if necessary.
Students are expected to respect the learning environment, including punctuality and professional behavior during classes.
Grow with French is not responsible for personal devices, internet interruptions, or technical issues during online lessons.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our policy:

Class Enrollment: Once a module or class is purchased, the spot is reserved specifically for you.
Missed Classes: If you are unable to attend a class, you will not receive a refund. However, you can use the provided eBook or recorded summary to keep up with the lesson.
Rescheduling: For private lessons, we may accommodate rescheduling if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

We want you to feel confident about your learning journey. Please note:

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs): No refunds once the download has been made.
Modules / Courses: Refunds are not available after purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases (medical emergencies, unforeseen events), please contact us. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
